Aside from providing an invaluable aid in diagnosing bone conditions and illnesses relating to fluid distribution in the human body, a major part of our X-ray operations serves to screen for tuberculosis (TB) disease.

TB is highly prevalent in Afghanistan, highly contagious and can form the basis of exclusion from work, travel and emigration.

In conjunction with specialised laboratory testing the DK - German Medical Diagnostic Center Ltd. can provide its valued customers with current, reliable and widely accepted TB screening programs.

A non-exhaustive list of X-rays we most commonly perform is given here below for your convenience.

Should you require more specialised imaging than that provided by our routine imaging, our technicians would be happy to assist you and perform specialised X-ray imaging according to standards set out in German X-ray imaging procedure atlases.
